Representation Services

Foreign companies and individuals must have a legal representative registered with the IRS. This person must have residence in Chile and a tax id number. While we recommend our clients to name a director or the CEO of the company as the legal representative, we know that sometimes this is not possible. We can be your representative before the IRS or the banks, depending on your needs. We can also act as your legal domicile and pay your vendors.

Accountancy / Tax Compliance

We can provide full accounting services, starting from defining you chart of accounts to complying with monthly and annual tax filing. We will take care of your bookkeeping, fixed assets control, expenses control, VAT monthly filing, etc. We provide you with full compliance of the Chilean tax requirements of your business. We can also enable “Facturación Electrónica” (electronic invoicing) if required by the size of your company.

Along with our accounting service, we can give you reporting and financial support. We want to be your partner in the business providing you with visibility of what is happening with your numbers.

Human Resources

We can help reduce your fixed costs, minimize risks by handling your HR and payroll needs. We can assist you with:

HR Administration: vacation records and termination.
Payroll service: accurate, on time and discrete, according to the Chilean labor laws. It includes calculation and payment of personnel taxes, Chilean Social security system and mandatory health insurance for all employees.
Coordinating electronic payment with the bank.
Affiliation to the Chilean Compensation Fund (“Sistema de Caja de Compensación”) if required, as a benefit for employees.

Social Media

Defining and starting the company’s presence in social media, according to its marketing needs. If necessary, we can assist you hiring a social media manager.
