Chilean laws require that all foreign companies and individuals must have a legal representative registered with the IRS. This person must have residence in Chile and a tax id number.
While you settle down we will initiate your commercial activities in Chile, so you can start selling and operating your company. Once you have your own team in the country, you can delegate this responsibility to your CEO or someone in the board.
